I'm excited to share insights from my journey as a Salesforce Technical Architect, alongside tips, trends, and tales from Client Projects and Implementations. Since joining Salesforce in September 2021, I've been working from Richmond, Virginia, leveraging my 12+ years of Salesforce.com experience to innovate and my obsession with Long term Customer Success.

Before my current role, I was the Salesforce Platform Owner at CFA Institute, where I supported over 160 Societies globally and led technical strategies for our 24X7 Customer Service & Support using Service Cloud.

My journey also includes 6 years of Consulting Experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect with Deloitte Digital Practice, where I honed my skills and contributed to our team's success in numerous projects.
